Whats the point of running ridiculous camber on street cars? like hellaflush and all the other similar trends? I say its for looks, but the people who support the trend say its for handling... fuck no. Unless its a dedicated track car, there is no point running -3 camber imo. Thoughts?

There’s a point for running on camber, but not ridiculous camber. The primary reason would probably be to compensate for the car’s shifting of weight from braking and accelerating through turns. Once a car comes into a turn with the right amount of negative camber, there’s more surface area on the tire coming in contact with the track, thus, more grip and stability. I support camber, just not to the extremes. You’re also generalizing that all hellaflush enthusiasts say having ridiculous camber is for handling, I’m sure we’ll have a good number of them only doing it for the looks and only a small handful who actually use it for handling. imo
