Rally courses are not always on dirt roads, there are also city courses, road courses (with pavement), etc. Just because Subaru does not compete in WRC does not mean they have stopped producing race cars. For example, they are already racing one of their most recent creations for a while now, the Subaru Legacy GT300. Look it up. The car’s design may be based off rally motorsports, but you can’t just state the whole car was made for the “dirt”. That just makes you sound ignorant. Drive-ability must be acceptable in all road conditions, not just off road. You’re comparing cars from different completely opposite points of the spectrum. A Super car and a Compact car, it’s obvious who has the advantage here. F1 and road cars are two different stories. Straights on the road aren’t always completely straight like you see on the 1320. They may have a very slight curve but can still be considered a straight. Have some respect for JDM cars, they’re one of the very few cars you can afford buddy. I wouldn’t be surprised if you drive a Corrolla. Cars are better built than bought in my opinion. You’re stereotyping American cars to be only good for drag racing. Nice. Yes, the GTR had slower lap times, but you never considered that the GTR did not have slicks and the road conditions were wet. Comparing the factors to the ZR1, the Corvette had slicks and the road conditions were dry. Thus, giving the ZR1 that advantage. Fuck you.
